Program Details & Structure

  1. What age groups do you train?

    • We train 1st-12th grade boys and girls!

  2. Do you separate players by age or skill level?

    • We only separate players by skill level for our group training programs. We require an evaluation session first to determine proper fit for our program.

  3. How big are the training groups?

    • Our Group training program varies from 4-10 players in a group!

  4. Do you offer one-on-one training or only group sessions?

    -We offer both 1 on 1’s and group training programs!

  5. How long is each training session?

    • Each session lasts for 1 hour long

  6. How often should my child attend sessions each week?

    • We require 2X a week for 1 on 1 training sessions, 1x a week for semi private and group programs.

      7. Do you run training year-round or only during certain seasons?

    • Our programs are year round!

Coaching & Curriculum

  1. Who are the coaches, and what are their qualifications?

  2. What skills will my child learn in the program?

    • 1 on 1 programs are customized skill specific, we specialize in but not limited to: shooting, passing, rebounding, defense, dribbling.

  3. Do you focus on fundamentals or game-specific situations?

    • We focus on both fundamentals and game specific situations.

  4. How do you handle players at different skill levels in the same group?

    • Our group training program is specifically designed for players of certain skill levels to be placed in the correct group. The required evaluation session will determine best fit for our program.

  5. Will my child get personalized feedback?

    • Absolutely, we stress accountability with our program and we hold all our players to a high standard.

Development & Goals

  1. Will this training help my child make their school or AAU team?

    • While we cannot guarantee specific results, we can guarantee that our coaching staff is highly experienced and fully committed to providing your athlete with every resource and opportunity to improve. Ultimately, their progress will depend on their own commitment, effort, and accountability.

  2. Do you help players improve confidence and mindset as well as skills?

    • Yes we do, we schedule monthly zoom meetings that dive deep into the mental preparation for on court success.

  3. How do you track progress over time?

    • We have a private members area that has specific documents that help us track your athletes progress over time.

  4. When can I expect to see improvement in my child’s game?

    • Results vary from player to player. Some athletes see quick improvements because of their dedication to our training program and their hard work off the court, while others experience steady progress over time. This is why the level of commitment you make to our program plays a big role in the results you’ll see."

  5. Do you focus on conditioning and athleticism as well?

    • Yes we do!

Logistics & Costs

  1. Where are the training sessions held?

    • Training sessions are held at our facility here in Pullman WA

  2. What is the cost of training and do you offer packages?

    • Cost is discussed via zoom call

  3. Do you offer trial sessions before committing?

    • We can offer 1 free trial session! This is discussed during our initial zoom call with interested parties.

  4. Are there membership options or pay-as-you-go?

    • There are membership options only.

  5. What happens if we miss a session? Can we make it up?

    • Yes, in our private members area, we have specific forms to fill out in case you miss a session in our training program.

Culture & Expectations

  1. How do you handle discipline and effort during sessions?

    • Our rules and regulations are clearly explained during the program orientation. This session outlines expectations for effort and behavior to ensure every player has a positive experience and sees results in our training program. While we strive to support all athletes, we do reserve the right to remove any player who does not follow our rules and standards, disrupts the learning environment, or refuses to follow the guidance of our coaching staff.

  2. Do you require players to already know the basics?

    • We do not! We have beginner level programs for players who are new to basketball!

  3. How competitive is the training environment?

    • Our group training program gets competitive the higher skill group your athlete is enrolled in. Beginners group is a slower pace, while the Elite group is the most competitive.

  4. Do you teach life skills like teamwork and leadership?

    • Teaching life skills is the foundation of our training program. We focus on building strong habits that help players become disciplined, hardworking, and selfless individuals who know how to set and achieve goals both on and off the court

    • Yes, we want every athlete to see success with their school team, AAU team, or local recreational team. We are here to help players improve on the court and increase their level of confidence playing the game of basketball.
